The rules on player protection here run considerably more strictly than a few years ago and it is built that way on purpose. Every licence holder opens your account at €200 per week.
The EPIS system is the regulator's central exclusion list: the block covers every licence holder in the country. The request goes through the regulator itself. Casino, gaming hall and sports betting are 21-and-over since 1 September 2024; scratch cards and Lotto stay at 18. Without valid ID you do not get through.
